Wellbeing & Enrichment Activities
At Sanctuary 16, we believe that positive activities play an important role in supporting young people’s wellbeing, confidence and personal development. Young people are encouraged to take part in a wide range of activities based on their interests, helping them build new skills, develop independence and enjoy positive experiences.
Our Care Approach
At Sanctuary 16, our practice is trauma-informed and relationship-based. We recognise that many young people have experienced adversity, and we support them through consistent care, positive relationships and therapeutic approaches such as PACE (Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity and Empathy) and principles of the Sanctuary Model. Our staff are trained to provide consistent, nurturing care that supports young people to feel safe, valued and able to achieve positive outcomes.
