New to Residential Childcare?
Start your career with our Entry Route
You don’t need to already hold a Level 3 qualification to begin your journey with Sanctuary 16.
Our Entry Route is designed for people who have the right values, attitude and commitment to support children and young people, but may not yet have a formal residential childcare qualification.
Successful applicants will have the opportunity to gain practical experience while committing to work towards the Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare.

• You are passionate about supporting children and young people
• You are reliable, resilient and willing to learn
• You can work as part of a team and communicate effectively
• You are willing to work towards the Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare
• You can work a flexible rota, including weekends where required
• You are willing to complete an Enhanced DBS check and our safer recruitment process
Experience is welcomed, but for our Entry Route, your values, attitude and commitment to developing your skills are just as important.

Part Time | 20 hours per week
No Level 3 qualification needed to apply.
